1. Provider and scope
These terms govern the use of the ekaos.shop website and the ordering of services from ekaos.shop OÜ (registry code 16552693, Lõõtsa tn 2a, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia). Full company details are in the legal notice.
2. Use of the website
The website is informative and free to use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to send unlawful, offensive or unsolicited content through the form. We may change the content of the website and these terms at any time. The version that applies to an order is the one in force on the date you accept the proposal.
3. How to order
- You send a request through the form. Sending a request creates no obligation to pay.
- We reply by email with a proposal: scope, price, timing and payment method.
- The contract is concluded when you accept the proposal in writing, for example by replying to the email.
We may decline orders we cannot take on or whose content is unlawful.
4. Prices and payment
Published prices are aimed at businesses and professionals and do not include VAT, which will be added as required by law. The payment method and schedule are set out in each proposal.
5. Basic plan (free)
The Basic plan is a one-page presentation in one language, built from the details you provide and using our template. It includes hosting with an HTTPS certificate on your domain for twelve months from publication. The domain and later revisions are not included. It is a free, no-obligation service that we provide subject to availability.
6. Professional plan (€333)
Includes up to five sections, up to three languages, a design adapted to your branding, two rounds of changes before launch, and hosting with an HTTPS certificate for twelve months from publication. The domain is not included unless the proposal says otherwise.
6a. End of the included hosting year
For the Basic and Professional plans, before the twelve months of included hosting end we will tell you the renewal price. If you decide not to renew, we will hand over your website’s files so you can host it wherever you prefer.
7. Custom projects
Custom projects are governed by the specific proposal you accept and, where it is silent, by these terms.
8. Content you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that the texts, images, logos and other materials you give us are lawful and that you have the right to use them.
9. Intellectual property
Once the price has been paid, you may freely use, modify and publish the website we have built for you. The open-source tools and components we use keep their own licences. We will only show your project as a reference with your consent.
10. Warranties and liability
We build each website with professional care, following WCAG 2.2 level AA accessibility guidelines and good technical SEO practice. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as they depend on factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limitation.
11. Consumers
If you order as a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you. These include the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days. If you ask us to start work before that period ends, you will pay for the part already done. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your express consent.
12. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with the privacy policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be submitted to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), without prejudice to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Before going to court, please write to info@ekaos.shop and we will try to resolve the issue.
