If you only visit the website
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Like any web server, our hosting provider’s server technically logs each request: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser. These logs are used only to keep the service secure and running and are kept for a limited period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you send us a request
- What data: your name, your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Why: to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if you accept it, deliver the service.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Where: requests are recorded in our customer support system (Zammad), hosted at soporte.tecnico.com.es. The form is loaded from that server, which receives your IP address and a technical browser fingerprint. Both are used only to prevent automated or fraudulent submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: if you do not become a client, twelve months from the last communication. If you are a client, for the duration of the business relationship and then for the periods required by accounting and tax law (seven years in Estonia).
- Recipients: we do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our hosting and support providers process it on our behalf and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and you may object to its processing. To do so, write to info@ekaos.shop. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
